12 Faces of the Millennium
The document in which the Creation Society first appears in print, and in which Super-conscious Competence is coined.
A four-page paper on K.J. Barrett & Associates Pty Ltd letterhead, headed Techniques and Strategies For the Sales Professional and carrying the article 12 Faces of the Millennium. Master Them Now. The letterhead gives the firm’s Queensland mailing address; this predates the Zephyrhills address by two years.
File properties of the Word original, as held: author Kevin J. Barrett · company K.J. Barrett & Associates Pty Ltd · created 25 February 2000 · last saved 23 October 2002 · 7 revisions.
On the file dates, and which ones count. The PDF linked below was converted from the Word original in 2026, so its own file dates are 2026 dates. They evidence nothing. The February 2000 date belongs to the Word document’s properties, and that is the only date this page claims. It is self-held evidence, not third-party timestamped. A 2005 date shown on this site previously was the date of an earlier PDF export, and has been corrected.
What the document carries. Two passages do the work. The first is where the Creation Society appears in print:
“We have moved from the ‘Information Society’ into what Peter Drucker calls the ‘Knowledge Society’… I believe we have passed through the ‘Knowledge Society’ into what I call the ‘Creation Society’. It is a natural progression, information must be converted into knowledge and knowledge must be used to create.”

The second, in the twelfth technique, is where Super-conscious Competence is coined — a fifth level added to the four stages of competence:
“I believe there is a fifth level, which I have called: Super-conscious Competence — You are now able to link up to other areas in your Unconscious Competency data base and create NEW creative responses. The perfect response for any given situation.”

Still to be added: a screenshot of the Word document’s properties panel. The prose carries the claim; the properties carry the date. Until both are on this page, the date above rests on assertion.
